红豆小餐包
买了烤箱后,烘焙成了我的新爱好, 今天尝试着用植物油做了一次红豆小餐包,用豆浆代替水,还是蛮成功的。红豆,有疏风清热、化湿补脾、润肤养颜的功效,含有较多的皂角甙和丰富的膳食纤维,女士可要多吃点哦

  • 高筋面包粉400g
  • 植物油35g
  • 白糖40g
  • 奶粉30g
  • 豆浆200g
  • 酵母4g
  • 1g
  • 芝麻少许
  • 全蛋液少许

Steps to make 红豆小餐包

  • 1.把所有材料混合,揉成面团(用豆浆代替水),并揉至扩展阶段,常温下进行第一次发酵。
  • 2.大概两个小时,发酵到2—2.5大,瞧,都已经满出来啦
  • 3.用手把面团里的空气揉出来,将面团分成12等份,分别揉成圆形,醒发15分钟。
  • 4.取一个圆面团,用饺子棒擀开,包入适量小红豆(红豆提前浸泡煮好备用)。
  • 5.做成包子形状,收口朝下放。
  • 6.把做好的小餐包放入铺油纸烤盘中,每个面团之间留有足够的空隙,进行二次发酵(我放在烤箱里,加了一罐热水)
  • 7.发好的餐包,在上面刷上一层全蛋液。
  • 8.撒上一些芝麻(家里只有黑芝麻了,白芝麻更好看),把面团放入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火170度,20分钟左右。
  • 9.至表面金黄即可出炉。
  • 10.取出倒在烤网上晾凉。很香哦
