广东肠粉
广东人的早餐至爱—肠粉。

Steps to make 广东肠粉

  • 1.把所有的粉混合加凉水调成米浆备用。
  • 2.煮酱:按上面调料份量,开火先放油、再放生抽、蚝油,加水煮开,倒进碗里待用。
  • 3.葱洗干净切花。
  • 4.肉末加生粉、生抽搅拌均匀后加点水一起搅拌,肉末吸收水分后加点油搅拌均匀锁住水分,待用。
  • 5.虾仁解冻洗干净待用。
  • 6.另备刷子和油约50g,刷蒸盆用。
  • 7.蒸盆刷薄油。
  • 8.勺子充分搅拌米浆后,勺进大约一汤勺的粉浆入蒸盆,大概可以薄薄铺匀蒸盆的样子,放点肉末或虾仁和葱花,马上放进烧开水的锅上大火蒸约2分钟。
  • 9.看到粉皮凸出形成一个个大气泡就是熟了,可以提出锅了。
  • 10.用刮子刮成粉卷上碟。
  • 11.进食前淋上刚才煮的酱油汁,广式早餐妥妥的享用~
