奶香红薯饼
红薯饼有很多种做法,其中我最爱今天分享这种,做法简单省时,而且有整块的红薯粒在里面,吃起来是外皮有点脆感,而中间是很糯很糯的满满红薯,我加入了一些炼乳来调节甜味和增加奶香,并且加了炼乳以后会稍微呈现一点脆皮的效果,我用一根红薯做了6个薯饼,儿子特别爱吃,因为他平时不太喜欢红薯,所以我发现,稍微花心思对常见的食材做一些小小的改动,就能收到意想不到的效果!

Steps to make 奶香红薯饼

  • 1.准备材料,如果没有炼乳可以用等量白糖代替。
  • 2.红薯去皮切丁放入碗中,加入鸡蛋和炼乳(或者白糖,如果实在不喜甜也可以不放)搅拌均匀。
  • 3.加入面粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.烤盘提前加铺油纸,把红薯糊分成小份平摊在烤盘中,表面撒一些黑芝麻进行装饰(可以将纸杯口剪下一圈作为模具,这样做出的红薯饼会比较圆)。
  • 5.烤箱以175度进行预热,烘烤30分钟左右,表面及四周上色,出现焦黄的部分就可以出炉了。
  • 6.很小巧可爱的红薯饼,饱含大块红薯粒。
  • 7.咬一口,太好吃了,赶紧试试。
