小黄人馒头

Steps to make 小黄人馒头

  • 1.南瓜切块。
  • 2.蒸熟。
  • 3.压成泥。
  • 4.倒入100克面粉中。
  • 5.加2克酵母和2匙糖拌匀。
  • 6.和成团,盖上湿布发酵1小时。
  • 7.发酵好的南瓜面团。
  • 8.另准备白色部分的面,因为只做眼睛部分用的少一些,剩下有多的可以做白馒头。加入酵母2克,2匙糖和50克牛奶,不加牛奶可以用水。
  • 9.和成团,盖上湿布或保鲜膜发酵1小时。(发酵视天气情况而定,天气冷发酵的时间会更长一些)。
  • 10.发酵好的白面。
  • 11.取出1小块白面加入可可粉和成棕色面团。
  • 12.两种颜色面团分别排气和成团。
  • 13.南瓜面团切成一个个小面剂。
  • 14.搓成圆形。
  • 15.用棕色面做眼镜。
  • 16.再用白色小一点的面贴在棕色面片上。
  • 17.最后做成小黄人的形状。
  • 18.半成品,二次发酵后,入锅大火蒸15分钟关火,先焖5分钟后再开盖。
  • 19.小黄人馒头完成。
  • 20.有趣的食物让孩子们的餐桌丰富起来。
