  • 蚝油1勺
  • 味极鲜1勺
  • 小茴香少许
  • 花椒少许
  • 白胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 干煸孜然鸡脆骨,脆香入味下酒必备!

  • 1.首先准备好全部的食材,鸡脆骨清洗干净。
  • 2.准备一锅清水,加入1勺料酒、1勺盐煮沸,倒入鸡脆骨简单焯煮1-2分钟,捞出过下冷水,沥水备用。
  • 3.把锅子洗净,搽干水分,淋上少许植物油,倒入花椒、小茴香、孜然,煸炒出香味,再加入蒜末、葱花。
  • 4.接着倒入鸡脆骨,淋上一勺味极鲜,再来一勺蚝油,翻炒均匀。
  • 5.转中火慢慢把汤汁收干,再大火煸炒出油脂。
  • 6.然后撒上少许白胡椒粉、盐,再次炒匀就可以装盘喽。
