  • 凉开水50克

  • 细砂糖60克
  • 熟糯米粉120克
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 蛋清1勺

Steps to make 广式五仁月饼

  • 1.将蜂蜜、花生油和枧水混合
  • 2.用蛋抽搅打均匀
  • 3.加入中筋粉
  • 4.揉成团,包保鲜膜静置2小时
  • 5.准备馅料,将所有干果和果脯混合
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.加入细砂糖、蜂蜜、白酒、凉开水和花生油,混合均匀
  • 8.加入熟糯米粉
  • 9.混合均匀
  • 10.平均分成25份,搓圆
  • 11.将静置好的月饼皮面团平均分成25份,搓圆
  • 12.逐个隔保鲜膜用擀面杖擀薄
  • 13.放上一个馅
  • 14.包起来,搓圆
  • 15.表面均匀沾上面粉,用月饼模印出花纹
  • 16.摆入烤盘,表面喷水
  • 17.放入预热好的烤箱中层上下为180度
  • 18.五分钟后取出表面刷蛋液
  • 19.再次放入烤箱,转165度烘烤15分钟,表面上色均匀后即可出炉
