韭菜鸡蛋饼
用各种蔬菜、杂粮、鸡蛋做早餐饼是我最喜爱的早餐,这样的早餐做法简单、占用时间较少,配上一碗粥、一碟水果,丰富的营养让一天的工作都充满活力。昨天包饺子剩下一些韭菜,于是早晨拿它做了这款简易的早餐饼。

Steps to make 韭菜鸡蛋饼

  • 1.韭菜洗净后切成小段。
  • 2.把切好的韭菜放入大碗里,加入适量面粉拌匀。
  • 3.打入两个鸡蛋。
  • 4.加入适量水搅拌均匀,调成可流动的糊状。
  • 5.放入适量盐搅匀。
  • 6.放入少许五香粉搅匀。
  • 7.电饼铛放少许油,倒入一半面糊摊成饼状煎熟。
  • 8.一面煎熟翻过来煎熟另一面即可。
