Steps to make 瘦肉猪肝丝瓜汤

  • 1.准备好食材:如图所示。
  • 2.丝瓜削皮后改刀切片,切点蒜末。
  • 3.将猪肝切片多用清水多冲洗几次,瘦肉切片和猪肝放腌料抓匀腌制一会儿。
  • 4.热锅放油,下丝瓜加盐翻炒一会儿,软了之后放入适量的开水煮开。
  • 5.大火煮开后继续煮两分钟左右放入腌好的瘦肉猪肝。
  • 6.煮约三分钟左右。
  • 7.切点葱花
  • 8.将葱花放入大汤碗里。
  • 9.将煮好的汤倒入汤碗中即可。
