第一次注意到地三鲜这个菜是上周到小区门口新开的菜馆东北饭馆吃饭时点的,没想到很好吃,于是,自己学着做出来,老公说比菜馆的还要好吃。

    Steps to make 东北“地三鲜”

    • 1.准备材料。
    • 2.将土豆去皮滚刀块。长茄子洗净后去蒂,带皮切滚刀块儿。青红椒去蒂去籽后,切成三角形。
    • 3.将茄子和土豆用微波炉高火转2、3分钟。然后油锅放少许油,将茄子略炸1分钟。
    • 4.土豆炸2分钟至表皮有些许泛金黄。
    • 5.炸好的茄子、土豆、青红椒盛出备用。
    • 6.取一只小碗,倒入生抽,糖,盐,料酒,清水和水淀粉做成芡汁。
    • 7.锅中留一些底油,大火加热,待油7成热时,放入葱姜末和一半的蒜末,炒香之后,再放少许郫县豆瓣酱炒。
    • 8.放入炸好土豆片,茄子块和青红椒块,翻炒半分钟。
    • 9.最后,将提前调配好的芡汁倒入,用大火快速翻炒1分钟即可,出锅前撒入另一半蒜末即可。
