糖醋排骨
糖醋排骨味道独特、琥珀油亮甜、而不腻是大人小孩都喜欢的一道菜。

  • 排骨500g
  • 大葱1/3颗
  • 生姜1块
  • 香叶1片
  • 八角1个
  • 桂皮1块
  • 鸡精少许
  • 生抽2勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 老陈醋3勺
  • 料酒2勺
  • 冰糖10小块

Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.买回来的排骨里面加少许盐和面粉用清水浸泡3分钟,再用清水冲洗干净。
  • 2.大葱切成马蹄脚,生姜切片,准备香叶八角桂皮和冰糖。
  • 3.锅里加水,将洗干净的排骨放进去里面加生姜片,大葱和料酒。
  • 4.大火煮开用勺子撇去上面的浮沫。
  • 5.再煮3分钟。
  • 6.捞出过凉水沥干水分。
  • 7.锅中倒油,将冰糖放进去小火炒出糖油色。
  • 8.焯过水的排骨放进去翻炒均匀。
  • 9.生姜片和大葱放进去翻炒均匀。
  • 10.里面加生抽,老抽,翻炒均匀料酒和老陈醋。
  • 11.加开水,把八角桂皮和香叶放进去大火煮开转中小火炖煮50分钟左右。
  • 12.里面加盐和鸡精大火收汁。
  • 13.撒上熟芝麻。
  • 14.装盘。
  • 15.成品图。
