Steps to make 腊味砂锅豆腐

  • 1.黑木耳撕小块 胡萝卜切片 腊肉切片 青、红椒、洋葱、姜切块,蒜拍破
  • 2.豆腐切厚片,用油煎一下
  • 3.锅中余油放入腊肉,煸炒出油
  • 4.腊肉拨一边,爆姜蒜葱,下胡萝卜翻炒
  • 5.倒入黑木耳炒匀
  • 6.倒入煎好的豆腐,加盐、胡椒,加点水煮开
  • 7.盛入砂锅,汤水没过食材为好
  • 8.放入郫县豆瓣酱
  • 9.大火煮开,小火慢炖十分钟调味即可
