无锡名菜--四喜面筋

Steps to make 无锡名菜--四喜面筋

  • 1.锅内倒水烧开,放入油面筋,注意要按压一下,去掉皮里的空气,瘪下去即可捞出备用
  • 2.鲜笋切片(直接买的煮熟的),香菇泡发好背部斜切,鲜虾仁事先焯下水(煮熟),然后锅中继续煮小半锅水,将四样材料一起放入水中煮一样,各自味道均衡一下,可以放一匙盐入些底味,两到三分钟捞出备用
  • 3.热锅放油,放入小葱炒香,倒入大半碗清水,加入蚝油、白糖,炒成料汁,将备用的材料倒入锅中,翻炒上色,倒入水淀粉收汁,出锅前滴上香油!
