    Steps to make 懒人版东坡肉

    • 1.将五花肉洗净,放入冷水锅中焯水。
    • 2.焯水过的肉,切成5厘米左右的块。

    • 5.将肉块皮超下,码再葱段上面。
    • 6.放入八角、桂皮、冰糖、酱油、料酒、老抽、盐(盐少一点)。

    • 8.砂锅加盖,大火烧沸,然后把上面的浮沫捞掉。
    • 9.然后盖上盖子,用小火烧1-1.5小时,直到肉烧软烂。
    • 10.最后把砂锅内的肉汁,收汁到浓稠。
