  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.鸭腿切块,冷水下锅加入两茶匙料酒焯水
  • 3.焯水过的鸭腿捞出洗净备用
  • 4.准备配料,小米辣切碎,蒜排碎,姜切片,葱切段
  • 5.起油锅倒入适量底油烧至七成热下姜片,花椒,八角爆香
  • 6.加入豆瓣酱,小米辣,蒜爆香
  • 7.倒入鸭肉,加入一茶匙料酒煸炒
  • 8.加入一茶匙老抽翻炒均匀
  • 9.砂锅底部铺上葱段
  • 10.倒入煸炒好的鸭肉,加入没过鸭肉的水
  • 11.大火烧开改小火慢煲
  • 12.待汤汁收干加入三分之一茶匙鸡粉调味即可
