Steps to make 辣椒擂皮蛋

  • 1.辣椒、皮蛋、蒜瓣儿备好待用。(带点辣味的线椒最好)。
  • 2.炒锅上火放少许油烧热,放入辣椒,小火㸆至虎皮状,盛出。
  • 3.蒜瓣儿用刀背拍松。
  • 4.将辣椒放在蒜臼中,放蒜蓉、盐、生抽,用刀捣烂。
  • 5.皮蛋扒皮掰碎。
  • 6.把掰碎的皮蛋放蒜臼中。
  • 7.放少许香油,捣烂。用勺子挖出装盘。
  • 8.成品。香辣爽口,下饭利器。
