  • 1.银耳、红枣用温水泡发、洗净。
  • 2.莲子、百合同样泡发,去除杂质。
  • 3.干银耳用温水泡发5至10分钟后装入暖瓶,倒入开水闷一晚上或12小时,这样涨发的银耳透彻、营养成分释放彻底,有粘性,口感好。
  • 4.将隔夜涨发的银耳倒入砂锅,加入莲子、红枣、百合、冰糖中小火熬制约一小时再加入枸杞后再煮五分钟即可关火。
