  • 香葱10g
  • 生姜3g
  • 生粉5g

Steps to make 丝瓜肉片汤

  • 1.准备好丝瓜、猪瘦肉、生姜等食材;PS:丝瓜要挑选嫩的。
  • 2.猪瘦肉切薄片,放油、盐、酱油、生粉、拌均腌制3分钟;
  • 3.丝瓜去皮,洗净、滚刀切块;
  • 4.热锅,倒油,生姜、肉片爆只五成熟起锅;
  • 5.倒入丝瓜,爆炒片刻;PS:爆炒可以去丝瓜青涩味
  • 6.适量的开水加入,再次煮沸;
  • 7.加入炒过的猪肉片,翻滚片刻;
  • 8.放盐、香葱,起锅即可。
