Steps to make 酸汤鱼片

  • 1.主辅料: 鱼肉、酸汤调料。
  • 2. 把鱼肉洗净,剔除鱼排。
  • 3. 把鱼肉切连刀片,也就是蝴蝶片。
  • 4. 鱼片放入盆中,加料酒、盐腌渍5分钟,然后加水淀粉上浆。
  • 5.这期间准备配料:青菜、西红柿。
  • 6. 锅烧开水,放入上浆的鱼片汆烫。
  • 7. 鱼片变色即可捞出备用。
  • 8. 热油,放入葱姜蒜炒香。
  • 9.放入西红柿翻炒。
  • 10. 加入清水。
  • 11. 烧开后,放入酸汤调料,加盐调味。
  • 12. 放入配料青菜烫至断生。
  • 13. 捞出盛入碗中。
  • 14. 放入备用的鱼片,煮制1分钟,即可关火
  • 15. 出锅盛入碗中,即可上桌。
