八宝饭(咸味版)

    Steps to make 八宝饭(咸味版)

    • 1.备好所有材料。
    • 2.糯米洗净浸泡半天。
    • 3.再沥水备用。
    • 4.隔水放好蒸布均匀铺上糯米,再将泡洗好的花菇放在米上,入高压锅蒸制二十五分钟。
    • 5.将蒸熟的糯米取出放凉备用。
    • 6.在糯米饭中打入一个鸡蛋,划散备用。
    • 7.热锅加油,入豆丁及松仁小火爆香。
    • 8.再加入玉米颗,火腿丁,黄瓜丁下锅一起大火炒。
    • 9.加入适量细盐,翻炒均匀备用。
    • 10.另起锅,热锅加油,入花菇小火爆香。
    • 11.加入适量酱油。
    • 12.加入用蛋液裹好的糯米饭,用筷子划散。
    • 13.再加入包菜丁,一同翻炒至菜软。
    • 14.菜软后再加入事先炒好的蔬菜丁。
    • 15.加入适量料酒,翻炒均匀既可。
    • 16.一盘咸味八宝饭就出锅了。
