*所以趁周末做一个简单又好吃的柠檬鸡爪次次!手残星人也能马上学会!

  • 柠檬半个(切片)
  • 4瓣(切末)
  • 3片
  • 小米辣2个
  • 生抽3勺
  • 3勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 半勺
  • 少许
  • 香油1勺
  • 料酒1勺

Steps to make 夏天开胃小吃|网红柠檬*鸡爪

  • 1.鸡爪切掉指甲和砍小块(方便腌制时入味)。
  • 2.把处理好的鸡爪冷水下锅,水没过鸡爪,加入姜片,料酒,葱段一起煮开8分钟。
  • 3.鸡爪浸泡的时候把配菜切好。
  • 4.调好调味汁▪调味汁:生抽3勺,醋3勺,蚝油1勺,糖半勺,盐少许,香油一勺。
  • 5.把冷却的鸡爪放入碗中,加入调味汁和配菜。
  • 6.一起搅拌搅拌。
  • 7.把搅拌好的鸡爪用保鲜膜封好,就可以放进冰箱冷藏了,最好冷藏4个小时以上,冷藏的过程中翻动几次,让所有鸡爪都入味~
