腊肠萝卜糕

Steps to make 腊肠萝卜糕

  • 1.虾皮泡软备用。
  • 2.腊肠切小粒备用。
  • 3.萝卜插丝,越细越好。
  • 4.水、糖、盐、粘米粉、澄面、胡椒粉混合成均匀的面糊备用。
  • 5.锅烧热,加少许油炒熟腊肠。
  • 6.倒入萝卜丝翻炒至萝卜变软。
  • 7.倒入面糊翻炒至粘稠。
  • 8.把翻炒好的萝卜丝糊倒入,盖保鲜膜入蒸锅蒸45分钟左右。
  • 9.凉透后切片煎至双面金黄。
