Steps to make 红枣莲子糖水

  • 1.焖烧罐清洗干净
  • 2.倒入开水8分满
  • 3.拧紧盖子,摇两圈,静置5分钟
  • 4. 准备好材料,莲子提前3小时浸泡
  • 5.红枣切片
  • 6.把焖烧罐里的开水倒掉备用
  • 7.把除冰糖以外的所有材料放入奶锅内煮沸
  • 8.倒回焖烧罐内
  • 9.放入冰糖
  • 10.拧紧保温盖和外盖,静置过夜(或者3小时)
  • 11.第二天清晨起来就可以吃上热乎好吃的糖水啦,莲子很粉糯
