#信任之美#【日式米饭丸子】
记得小时候家里住在农村有几亩水田,每到五一前后要帮父母去田里插秧,那时候没有机器作业,全靠人工工作,秧苗要一撮撮的用手插到泥土里面,而且水田里的水冰冷冰冷的,不停的弯腰作业一天下来又冻又累,很是辛苦。

辛苦一年的稻谷丰收了还要拿去卖钱,换取一些生活日用品和种子化肥等,实际上自己留下来吃的就很少了,一般都得过年过节或是家里来客人才能够吃到,平时几乎很少吃到,吃顿大米饭都是比较奢侈的事情了。

不过现在回想起来以前的日子有时候还挺怀念的,虽然物质比较匮乏,但是没有现在这么多的食品安全问题,吃的东西也都很绿色安全。

现在吃白米饭是最日常不过的事情,而且也经常会剩米饭。剩米饭除了做炒饭还有很多种吃法,今天来一道日式米饭丸子,酸酸甜甜又酥酥脆脆。

Steps to make #信任之美#【日式米饭丸子】

  • 1.剩米饭一碗放在一个大碗中,加入3大勺淀粉,2大勺清水搅拌均匀。
  • 2.然后放入保鲜袋中用擀面杖敲打一会,使米饭颗粒变得更细碎,更有粘性。
  • 3.手涂抹一些清水,将米饭团成丸子状。团的时候先放在手心攥紧再团圆揉光滑一些。
  • 4.锅内放油烧至8成热,下入米饭丸子炸至表面微微发焦。
  • 5.准备调料汁,1大勺料酒、2大勺酱油、3大勺白糖、4大勺陈醋、5大勺清水搅拌均匀。
  • 6.炸好的丸子控油备用。
  • 7.将植物油倒出,留少许底油,加入调料汁,再加入2大勺番茄酱搅拌均匀,烧至起泡泡。
  • 8.倒入炸好的米饭丸子均匀的裹上酱汁即可。
