  • 1.清水将牛肉洗干净,备用。
  • 2.放入花椒,八角,生姜,香叶,料酒,盐。
  • 3.将牛肉小火煮制2小时,捞出
  • 4.冷却,撕至丝状。
  • 5.放油,分次下锅炸!炸至颜色发红,但不能变黑,会糊的。
  • 6.放辣椒面,熟芝麻,孜然粉,花椒粉,撒到牛肉丝上拌匀。完成!
