鲜虾粥
以海鲜为原料,讲究食材烹煮的原汁原味,清淡和新鲜为主,突出食材的鲜。

  • 家猪肉300克
  • 香菜一把
  • 少许
  • 大米一杯半
  • 小米一杯
  • 胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 鲜虾粥

  • 1.材料大集合
  • 2.把姜切片备用
  • 3.把家猪肉切好备用
  • 4.把大米小米2:1淘洗好
  • 5.把虾反复用盐水清洗干净(由于考虑到~虾头去掉不吃,一起煲,钙比较容易入味到粥,所以没有去虾线)
  • 6.把香菜清洗干净后切末备用
  • 7.把用盐水反复清洗干净的虾倒入锅里
  • 8.把切好的家猪肉、姜片倒入锅中
  • 9.再加入适量的清水,启动“汤粥”键即可
  • 10.35分钟后,待气阀下气,即可开盖
  • 11.吃的时候撒一些胡椒、花生油、盐,味道超级好!
  • 12.我很喜欢喝虾粥,但是据说现在饭店里的虾粥放的都是某些调料和死虾,干脆自己做~营养又美味,健康又卫生,很好吃。
  • 13.鲜美无比的虾粥,鲜甜无比吃得大汗淋漓,无比的爽~~~
  • 14.一大锅粥一下就干掉了~~~
