Steps to make 秘制黄焖鸡

  • 1.所有酱料倒入碗里搅拌均匀
  • 2.在锅里倒入食用油、香油,再倒入酱料,起泡后关火
  • 3.香菇切片,青椒、小米椒切段,姜切片,鸡肉切成小块
  • 4.将辣椒、姜片煸香,再放入鸡块,煎至变色
  • 5.倒入料汁,加入香菇,加水没过即可
  • 6.大火烧开,焖煮30-40分钟
  • 7.将鸡块放入砂锅里,放入青椒、小米椒,稍微烫下即可。
  • 8.开吃喽~~~
