免烤草莓冻芝士蛋糕
就算没有烤箱照样也能做出零失败的美味蛋糕!欧耶!*^_^*

  • 奶油芝士250克
  • 淡奶油250克
  • 白砂糖40克
  • 吉利丁片10克
  • 朗姆酒10ml
  • 柠檬汁10ml
  • 消化饼干1条
  • 无盐黄油40克
  • 六寸活底模1个

Steps to make 免烤草莓冻芝士蛋糕

  • 1.先准备好主要材料,奶油芝士和黄油切小块,吉利丁片剪碎
  • 2.消化饼干装入保鲜袋,用擀面杖敲打碾压越碎越好
  • 3.黄油融化成液体,倒入饼干碎里混合均匀
  • 4.将混合好的黄油饼干碎铺在模具底部,用勺子压紧实压平,放冰箱冷藏备用
  • 5.剪碎的吉利丁片加入适量的水泡软
  • 6.草莓洗净去蒂,底部平切一刀,再一分为二切开备用
  • 7.奶油奶酪加糖连碗一起放在热水锅中,隔水一边加热一边搅拌
  • 8.搅拌至完全融合无颗粒细滑的奶酪糊,搁放在一边
  • 9.取一大盆,加入打发淡奶油,奶油打发五六成即可,不用全打发
  • 10.把打发好的淡奶油与奶油奶酪混合
  • 11.加入柠檬汁和朗姆酒搅拌均匀,再加入融化好的吉利丁片混合均匀(泡水的吉利丁片用微波炉加热成液体)
  • 12.从冰箱取出模具,把切好的草莓沿着模具边缘摆放好
  • 13.倒入混合好的芝士糊,倒完后稍微震磕一下,去掉气泡令表面平整,封上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏四小时以上
  • 14.冷藏好后用吹风机沿着模具加热脱模
  • 15.上面用刻花垫筛入抹茶粉点缀,一个漂亮的冻芝士蛋糕就做好了
