Steps to make 玻璃糖饼干

  • 1.黄油软化后,加入细砂糖、盐,用打蛋器打至膨松
  • 2.加入蛋黄,用打蛋器打发,使鸡蛋和黄油完全融合,成为膨松轻盈的状态
  • 3.低筋面粉和泡打粉混合筛入黄油里
  • 4.先用橡皮刮刀翻拌,使面粉和黄油混合。混合得差不多的时候,用手揉成柔软的面团。将面团用擀面杖擀开成0.3cm的薄片(可将面团垫在两张油纸或保鲜袋中间擀开,使面团不沾更好操作)
  • 5.用饼干模具刻出饼干图形,用裱花头按压在饼干中间
  • 6.将压好的中空饼干面团摆放在烤盘上
  • 7.在饼干面团中间放上两三块切碎的水果硬糖。再放入预热好180℃的烤箱,上下火,中层,烤8分钟左右,直到中间的水果硬糖溶化即可出炉。完全冷却后,从烤盘纸上取下来
