Steps to make 【番茄配方】翻糖饼干——婚礼蛋糕系列

  • 1. 在硬纸板上画出三层蛋糕的图案后,剪下,面团擀成0.3cm厚的面皮,然后把之前剪好的模板放在饼干面片上,用小刀将形状刻出来,为了防止烘烤的时候饼干鼓起,用叉子在饼干上轧若干个小孔
  • 2.然后将饼干放入铺好油纸的烤盘中,以180度上下火,中层,烤12分钟左右即可
  • 3.出炉后的饼干放凉备用,将白色翻糖膏或者有色的翻糖柔软,擀成约0.2cm厚
  • 4.将之前剪好的模板盖在翻糖面皮上,刻出饼干的样子
  • 5.用糖和水混合制成黏合剂,比例的是没有确定的,大概在1:10,糖是1
  • 6.在饼干上涂上一些粘合剂,将对应的翻糖皮粘在蛋糕上
  • 7.然后就可以做各种的造型了,接下来看下小花怎么做,混合了色素的翻糖膏,先擀成薄片,用模具刻出花形
  • 8.用圆球工具在海绵上延展花瓣,使其更自然
  • 9.然后用糖豆豆点出花心即可
  • 10.玫瑰花,先将翻糖搓出一个水滴形,细的那头冲上,用铁丝粘上胶水,螺旋式的插进花苞里
  • 11.用模具刻出上宽下窄的花瓣,花瓣款的部分要薄
  • 12.然后一瓣一瓣花瓣的粘上去,每一瓣都粘在上一瓣的1/2处,这样玫瑰花就做好了
  • 13.红色的蝴蝶结和紫色葡萄的那个边框,用牙签粘了粘合剂在糖皮上画出图案,然后粘上糖粒,最后抖掉多余的糖粒,这样图案就出来
  • 14.其他的图案可以都可以自己组合起来,利用糖豆豆,之类的。做出自己饼干哦
