  • 2.包菜切丝备用。
  • 3.炒好的五花肉切成小丁备用。
  • 4.香葱头切碎，葱叶切成小段备用。
  • 5.热锅入油，放入葱白煸香。
  • 6.放入五花肉丁炒出香味。
  • 7.放入包菜丝翻炒均匀，加入适量盐炒匀。
  • 8.另起汤锅加水烧开，放入面块煮一分钟，捞出沥干放入炒锅内。
  • 9.把焯过的面条放入炒锅内，加入适量味极鲜，少许盐炒匀。
  • 10.葱花放入炒一会儿。
  • 11.即将出锅装盘（香极了）。
