  • 1.羊肉斩块,姜拍碎 ,香料准备好

  • 6.加入羊肉,料酒,继续炒香 接着加入生抽,少许糖,耗油,柱侯酱,翻炒,上色
  • 7.加水,至少漠过羊肉,最好多加点,烧开。倒入砂锅
  • 8.小火闷两小时,起锅,撒上葱花,上桌了
