抹茶布丁【初味日记】
布丁的做法有很多,蒸的、烤的、冷冻的,不同做法有不同的口感和优缺点。冷冻布丁是最简单且成功率最高的,搅和搅和,放冰箱就好了。

  • 牛奶250ml
  • 细砂糖26g
  • 抹茶粉6g

Steps to make 抹茶布丁【初味日记】

  • 1.吉利丁片剪开,用冰水泡软。
  • 2.牛奶和细砂糖用奶锅煮至微沸。
  • 3.抹茶粉过筛到碗中,先加入少许热牛奶搅匀到无颗粒状态。
  • 4.再倒入剩下的牛奶搅匀。
  • 5.放入泡软的吉利丁片,搅拌至融化。
  • 6.把布丁液过筛。
  • 7.装入布丁杯。
  • 8.放冰箱冷藏4小时。
  • 9.脱模即可。
  • 10.抹茶布丁完成,开吃。
