Steps to make 剁椒爆鸡杂

  • 1.将鸡心、鸡肝洗净切片,鸡胗洗净改成菊花刀,再切小块,将处理好的鸡杂放入容器内加酱油、料酒、干淀粉、盐抓匀腌渍10分钟入味。青红椒洗净切小片备用。
  • 2.热锅下油,放入腌好的鸡杂滑熟。
  • 3.将炒好的鸡杂盛出。
  • 4.锅中留油,放剁椒、葱姜蒜末炒香。
  • 5.再下青红椒、鸡杂炒匀。
  • 6.最后加鸡精调味即可出锅。
