  • 奶油奶酪250g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 柠檬汁10g
  • 朗姆酒1大勺(15ml)
  • 消化饼干100g
  • 细砂糖80g
  • 玉米淀粉15g
  • 牛奶80g
  • 香草精1/4小勺(1.25ml)
  • 黄油50g

Steps to make 经典重芝士蛋糕 —— 芝士诱惑,你是否经得住考验呢

  • 1.黄油切块,隔水加热至融化成液体备用
  • 2.消化饼干放食品袋内,用擀面杖擀成碎末
  • 3.擀好的消化饼干倒入打蛋盆中,加入融化的黄油
  • 4.搅拌均匀,倒入模具内,用擀面杖压紧实,放入冰箱冻硬
  • 5.奶油奶酪室温软化后,加入细砂糖
  • 6.用电动打蛋器搅打至顺滑无颗粒的状态
  • 7.加入鸡蛋,并用打蛋器搅打均匀。鸡蛋要一个一个的加入
  • 8.第一个与奶酪完全混合之后,再加下一个。倒入柠檬汁,搅打均匀
  • 9.倒入玉米淀粉。搅打均匀
  • 10.倒入朗姆酒、香草精、牛奶搅打均匀
  • 11.最后搅打好的蛋糕糊如图所示。给模具外壳包上一层锡纸
  • 12.将搅打好的蛋糕糊倒入模具内
  • 13.将模具放入烤盘内,倒入热水,热水的高度要没过蛋糕糊高度的一半,放入预热好170°的烤箱,中下层,上下火,烤60分钟左右
  • 14.烤到蛋糕表面呈金黄色即可出炉
  • 15.烤好的蛋糕放入冰箱冷藏4个小时以上,先用脱模刀顺着模具边缘划一圈,再将当高从底部推出来
  • 16.切块就可以分享啦
