粉蒸肉估计大家都吃过,带皮的五花肉包裹着米粉蒸出来,吃到嘴里肥而不腻,味道非常的帮。这次胖子再米粉中加入了适量的小米,蒸出来的味道更胜一筹。
小米富含蛋白质、碳水化合物、B族维生素、维生素E、锌、铜、锰等营养元素,具有益阴、利肺、利大肠之功效。

  • 小米30g

  • 酱油15ml
  • 美极鲜5ml
  • 五香粉3g

Steps to make 小米粉蒸肉

  • 1.猪肉切成5毫米左右厚的片。
  • 2.放入大碗中加入酱油,美极鲜,五香粉,拌匀,腌制12小时入味。
  • 3.小米洗净用水泡30分钟。
  • 4.腌好的猪肉放入米粉,用手抓匀,让肉片均匀的过裹上一层米粉。
  • 5.再加上小米拌匀。
  • 6.土豆去皮洗净切滚刀块。
  • 7.放入大碗的底部。
  • 8.再在上面放上猪肉。
  • 9.放入蒸锅中。
  • 10.冷水上汽蒸1个小时取出即可。
