其实早就馋这个了,但总是没时间,其实说白了就是懒,老公不爱吃,如果平时做的话自己就得做两锅饭。今天中午就我自己在家,冰箱里还有做泡芙没用完的鸡蛋,所以就做了蛋皮儿吐司!
食材简单,制作方便,却是营养全面美味可口的。炎热的夏季,我们哪有心思在厨房里面研究吃的?所以一日三餐就尽量从简,简单归简单,不但要保证营养更要追求口感!一道简单方便外酥里嫩的蛋皮吐司,佐以番茄酱当早餐,真是既营养又开胃!

  • 1.1 打散的鸡蛋和牛奶倒进盘里备用
  • 2.2 自制吐司两片

  • 4.4 取一片吐司两面沾满牛奶鸡蛋液
  • 5.5 沾好蛋液的吐司煎至两面金黄
  • 6.6 取出煎好的吐司,配以番茄酱!
