Steps to make 韭菜炒蒸枸蒲穗

  • 1.择好的枸蒲穗,如图所示。
  • 2.首先干枸蒲穗水泡13个小时,挤出多余的水,然后倒入面粉,充分拌匀,使每一个枸蒲穗均匀的裹上一层面粉,最后放少许盐和花生油,不至于太黏。水开,蒸5分钟,已蒸好,取出,放入盘中,备用。
  • 3.择好的韭菜,洗净,沥干水分,切寸段,备用。
  • 4.锅烧热放少许油,倒入韭菜加少许盐调味,炒香,再倒入枸蒲穗,翻炒拌匀即可。
  • 5.出锅装盘即食。
  • 6.筋道美味。
