珍珠丸子是武汉有名的特色美食,过节时餐桌上必不可少的,寓意着团团圆圆。

Steps to make 家乡特色美食:珍珠丸子

  • 1.准备好所需的食材
  • 2.江米提前用冷水浸泡5小时以上,浸泡好的江米装洗菜篮中沥干水份
  • 3.猪肉用温水洗过后,沥干水份剁成肉馅(蒜放在一起剁入其中)
  • 4.往肉馅中先加入料酒调拌均匀,然后加入鸡蛋清顺着一个方向拌均匀,等鸡蛋清与肉馅完全混合后,加入生抽、盐、油搅拌均匀
  • 5.用勺子将调好的肉馅做成一个个丸子形状,然后放入装有糯米的篮子中
  • 6.将丸子全方位滚上一层糯米
  • 7.拿起滚好糯米的丸子,放手掌心中来回晃动,直至滚圆,做好的丸子放蒸锅隔层上
  • 8.所有丸子做好后,蒸锅上烧水,水烧开后,放上蒸隔层,蒸15分钟即可
