面食荷叶夹的用途十分广泛,可以用来夹红烧肉、扣肉类、卤肉、熏肉等等,清淡一点的可以夹煎蛋.....牙口儿不好的老人或小宝宝咬不动有韧性的发面饼,就可以用荷叶夹来代替!

    Steps to make 荷叶夹

    • 1.酵母溶于温水中,静置5分钟。
    • 2.面粉盆中加入奶粉、白糖,分次加入酵母水。
    • 3.揉成软面团,包上保鲜膜进行发酵。
    • 4.发酵至原来的1.5倍到2倍大,呈现蜂窝状。
    • 5.用手轻轻将面团挤压排除气泡。分成所需的小份。
    • 6.滚圆再进行15分钟中间发酵。
    • 7.发酵好的面团压平,用擀面杖擀成圆形面片,对折;用刀压出弧线形成荷叶状,在中心点与弧线之间压出数道线,形成叶脉。
    • 8.放入蒸笼中静置20分钟,大火蒸制10分钟;关火,3分钟后开盖,出锅。
    • 9.蒸好的荷叶夹内放入煎蛋、火腿片即可食用。
