  • 红糖32g
  • 葡萄干40g
  • 蔓越莓40g
  • 热水240g
  • 黄油44g
  • 6g
  • 酵母6g

Steps to make 红糖葡萄干软欧包

  • 1.红糖用热水化开,凉至室温
  • 2.除黄油外所有材料放进面包机,启动和面程序
  • 3.加入黄油继续揉至出筋膜为止
  • 4.放进烤箱发酵到两倍大
  • 5.分成三个剂子揉成橄榄形,表面划几刀,撒上高粉
  • 6.继续发酵到两倍大,放进烤箱,180度25分钟即可
  • 7.烤好的面包放在烤架上凉凉
