红薯是常见的一种食物,小时候家里穷上顿煮红薯,下顿熬红薯,偶尔换换样也是红薯窝头。
那时候就想着能天天吃白面饽饽,就是不就着菜吃,那饽饽也是香甜无比啊。

红薯印象中就是煮来吃,或熬粥或炉烤。今天就换换样,凉拌了吃!

    • 1.红薯去皮切细丝,青椒、胡萝卜均切细丝.\。

    • 3.红薯丝、胡萝卜丝、青椒丝焯水后捞出过凉开水,捞出备用。
    • 4.把红薯丝、胡萝卜丝、青椒丝倒入大点的碗里,放精盐、生抽、白醋,喜欢香油的可酌情加点,拌匀即可装盘。
