有了家庭我才开始学做饭,老公喜欢吃面(他家乡的面)每次回国我就在家“偷”学老公喜欢吃的!

  • 西红柿1个
  • 青椒2个
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 1勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 姜蒜末0.5勺
  • 鸡精0.2勺
  • 十三香0.2勺

Steps to make 烩面片

  • 1.和面,和的硬一点面的口感比较光滑;和好以后用保鲜膜包住软化一会;
  • 2.需要的蔬菜,简单常用;
  • 3.青椒用手掰小片,西红柿切块,姜蒜切末;
  • 4.手工擀面(手工擀面吃的放心);
  • 5.切出自己喜欢的形状备用;
  • 6.在烧水同时,开始炒菜;锅中放油,油热开炒鸡蛋;
  • 7.鸡蛋盛出;锅里留少许油,爆香姜蒜末(留一半的蒜末后面还要用到哦)倒入西红柿翻炒,炒出水分加入生抽翻炒;
  • 8.放入辣椒翻炒,加入调味料;
  • 9.再加入炒好的鸡蛋一起翻炒,调好味出锅;
  • 10.水开煮面;
  • 11.煮好面以后将面中多余的面汤盛出,再将炒好的才倒入面中;
  • 12.这一步很重要:炒锅中放少许油,加热爆香蒜末,快速将煮好的面导入一勺(这样炝的汤汁味道很不错的)这一步一定要有哈;
  • 13.再将炝好的汤一起倒入煮好的面中,根据个人口味加盐,醋,鸡精调味;
  • 14.趁热吃,烫烫的感觉不错喽;
  • 15.如果喜欢再加入一点(一生钟爱的女人)老干妈!
