【腊八粥】飘香的粥儿煮起来
  腊月初八这一天要煮这种杂粮粥,自古都有。来历咱就不说了,祭祀,敬神,庆祝或者其它。原始的做法是什么也无从考证,演绎到民间的各家各户都会有所不同,但这一天要吃这种特别的饭却从没有改变。乡下人有乡下人淳朴的愿望,那就是期望家人健健康康,粮食五谷丰登,家畜兴兴旺旺。所以腊八的粥饭不但全家人都要吃,连院子里的树家里的牲畜地里的庄稼也都要尝尝腊八粥。
  我们小的时候不象现在要什么有什么,腊八这天,妈妈通常用玉米糁和面条再加一种什么豆子做一种怪怪的咸饭,叫腊八饭。这种饭的味道隐约还可以记起,回头问问妈妈具体的做法,复制一次。
  今天的腊八粥用了八种材料,很随意的搭配,刚好有这些粮食,也就用上了。

    • 1.材料图。
    • 2.将粮食洗干净。(泡不泡无所谓,只要火候到,粥很香的)
    • 3.汤锅水烧开后下米。大火烧开转小火煮一个小时 。
    • 4.煮好的粥。
