喜欢看韩剧的人,就会觉得他们的拌饭怎么看怎么好吃,最后我决定做好了,跟电视里的帅哥美女一起吃。

    Steps to make 石锅拌饭

    • 1.米饭蒸好打散备用。准备做拌饭酱的调料。
    • 2.芝麻在锅里炒熟,炒芝麻的时候要用小火,看到芝麻变金黄色后马上关火,否则会把芝麻炒糊,姜和蒜用料理机打成姜蒜泥倒入芝麻中。
    • 3.碗中加入韩国辣酱,韩国大酱1:1,一小勺香油,一小勺生抽,搅拌均匀备用。(我这里用的是韩国辣酱复合酱,做出来辣酱的味道偏淡,如果喜欢辣味的朋友,建议用纯辣酱,可以相对多放一点)。
    • 4.拌好如图。
    • 5.胡萝卜,白菜,香肠全部切丝,蒜苔,韭菜切段,如图。
    • 6.切好如图。
    • 7.锅中倒入一小勺油,待油烧热之后下入韭菜,炒熟后盛出备用,其他的菜全部反复这个步骤。
    • 8.石锅中刷一层油,把打散的米饭盛入石锅中,准备好的菜摆放在米饭上,把石锅放在灶上用中火加热3-5分钟。
    • 9.煎蛋(煎蛋一定要是单面,半生的那种最好啦),把煎好的蛋放到饭上,在放入拌饭酱,搅拌均匀就可开吃啦。
