Steps to make 烤鲜鱿鱼

  • 1.将鱿鱼的墨汁冲洗干净,水中放入3匙白醋 、一勺料酒、2匙盐,将鱿鱼浸泡20分钟。
  • 2.用剪刀剖开鱿鱼的肚子。
  • 3.清理干净内脏。
  • 4.将墨汁喷管、眼睛及骨头取出。
  • 5.取出身体里的骨头。
  • 6.撕掉外皮。
  • 7.半锅水放入姜片、料酒和盐去腥,水开后下入鱿鱼,汆水5分钟。
  • 8.放入烤箱,180度烤10分钟。
  • 9.取出鱿鱼,将身上淡黄色的薄皮撕掉。
  • 10.放入烤箱再烤10分钟。
  • 11.切段不切断,配上海鲜酱油和芥末就OK了。
