淡奶油土司
用面包机的单独程序,分段操作,但无手工干预,效果也非常不错。没有黄油的土司。

  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 淡奶油90克
  • 纯牛奶80克
  • 2克
  • 细砂糖35克
  • 耐高糖即发干酵母4克
  • 刷面用蛋液少许

Steps to make 淡奶油土司

  • 1.先把所有的液体材料放入面包机桶中,放入酵母,再放入面粉,对角放入盐、糖;
  • 2.用筷子稍微搅拌一下,以免开机的时候飞干粉;
  • 3.选择程序:8~和面,时间按“+/-"设定15分钟,一共运行3个和面程序;
  • 4.搅打好的面团收圆放回面包机桶中,选择程序:10~发酵/解冻,时间设定为一个小时,一个小时后再延时30分钟;
  • 5.发酵一共一个半小时,已基本发至满桶,面团表面刷蛋液;
  • 6.选择程序:14~烘烤功能,时间设定为35分钟,烧色选择:中;到时开盖取出;
  • 7.倒扣出面包放烤架放凉;
  • 8.彻底放凉后切片,可涂抹果酱、奶油焦糖酱,味道不错的。
