最下饭的辣味菜-----线椒五花肉
这道菜可以说是老公的最爱了,可是我不太喜欢五花肉。它不仅油腻吃多了还会怕胆固醇高了,虽然我们身体属于健康的。但是也需要平时注意饮食均衡啊,再说了油吃多对身体不好。相对而言我比较排斥“它们”毕竟家人的健康“掌握”在我的手里。最近看着老公比较辛苦我也心疼他索性就炒几道他爱吃的犒劳他一下把,虽说犒劳但是还是要遵守我的原则呗。我把这个五花肉慢慢炒出油来,这样不仅不油腻还很美味加上微微的辣味很是下饭。

  • 1.材料;五花肉600克 线椒250克 红尖椒2个 香葱2棵生姜4片 调料 油 蒸鱼鼓油 生抽 盐巴 鸡精 十三香
  • 2..把材料类洗净切好备用
  • 3..倒入猪油
  • 4..倒入切好的猪肉翻炒
  • 5..待肉有点焦黄
  • 6..倒入生姜和大蒜
  • 7..倒入辣椒翻炒变色
  • 8..倒入蒸鱼鼓油
  • 9..倒入生抽
  • 10..倒入盐巴鸡精翻炒入味
  • 11..起锅前撒入十三香
  • 12..成品
