煎西冷牛排
老公想吃牛排,而且要求吃8分熟的。我一般煎牛排都是7分熟,八分熟感觉稍微有点过,但老公说肉必须得熟吃了才放心。按他的要求给他做了一个8分熟的牛排。八分熟的牛排还可以,能咬动,稍微有点嚼劲,但总体感觉还是可以的。

Steps to make 煎西冷牛排

  • 1.西冷牛排解冻后用厨房纸吸干表面水分。
  • 2.撒少许盐,用手涂抹揉搓均匀。
  • 3.在表面涂抹一层橄榄油。
  • 4.平底锅烧热后放入牛排,无需放油,因为牛排已经涂抹油了。
  • 5.一面煎2分钟左右翻面。
  • 6.翻面后再淋上一点橄榄油煎1分钟。
  • 7.然后盖上盖子关火焖2分钟。因为这个锅底很厚,热量会持续。
  • 8.煎好的牛排可以再淋上一点黑椒酱,配一点蔬菜。
  • 9.8分熟,基本没有血丝了,但口感还可以,不算老,但绝不可再熟了,否则就老了。
