    Steps to make 金针千张肉卷儿

    • 1.所有材料准备好,虾仁猪肉肉馅加盐,全蛋,味精,生抽,葱姜末,少许干淀粉拌匀腌好。
    • 2.豆腐皮开水烫一下晾干水分,表面洒一层干粉,洒匀。
    • 3.将肉馅均匀的铺在豆腐皮上,留边儿。
    • 4.上蒸锅大火蒸15--20分钟左右。
    • 5.金针菇去掉根部洗干净,胡萝卜切菱形片。
    • 6.高汤入锅中,将金针菇和胡萝卜片入锅煮3--5分钟。
    • 7.煮好的菜铺底,蒸好的肉卷切小段儿摆盘,最好淋入高汤即可。
