Steps to make 酱大骨

  • 1.筒骨焯水后,加入适量的清水,加入姜块,草果,盐和料酒,用电高压锅压软烂,因为我要用它的汤汁来熬粥,所以大料就暂时不放了。
  • 2.汤底放入豆瓣酱,生抽,蚝油,冰糖,调好酱汁后加入大量的汤底,加入筒骨小火慢炖。
  • 3.待汤汁收浓后即可食用。
  • 4.由于骨头少,我就用这种快速的方法来做,虽然口感上还是有点差距,但不影响我啃大骨头的快乐!
